Turning a holiday party into an experience
One of our favorite corporate holiday events began with a very different request. A luxury porcelain company invited Chef Eduard to teach its employees how to prepare traditional Austrian holiday specialties, including Christmas Stollen and cookies.
Employees baked alongside Chef Eduard in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. Each guest received an apron and took home some of the cookies they had made. It was part holiday party, part culinary class — and an opportunity for a team to spend time together away from their usual work environment.

A Manhattan holiday party with a view
Another corporate client has made their holiday celebration an annual tradition with us. Their preferred setting is one of our partner venues in Midtown Manhattan, combining convenient access with spectacular views of New York City.
Although dinner is served buffet-style, the experience feels anything but typical. Interactive chef stations, thoughtfully presented food, seasonal dishes and an open bar let guests move through the space and socialize.

For one employee appreciation event, an interactive backdrop transformed the venue into an immersive silver and sparkling environment. The evening began with elegant passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by chef-attended food stations.
Food, design and service combined into a celebration that was sophisticated and festive at once.

Live stations create energy and interaction. A chef-attended carving station becomes a focal point of the room, with slow-cooked meats carved or finished in front of guests and served with seasonal accompaniments or elevated sliders.

A hot chocolate station instead of a dessert buffet
A winter hot chocolate station with house-made whipped cream, shaved white chocolate and seasonal toppings is a warm, playful alternative to a standard dessert buffet.
